1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the EIFAAC 2026 International Scientific Symposium platform ("the Platform"), registering as a delegate, submitting an abstract, or participating in symposium sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and official FAO/EIFAAC conference policies.
2. Delegate Registration & Access Rights
- Registration is personal to the designated delegate and grants access to scientific sessions, poster presentations, exhibition areas, and networking features.
- The Platform utilizes passwordless single-sign-on Magic Links sent directly to your registered institutional or personal email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account and access tokens.
- Badges and QR credentials issued through the Platform are non-transferable and must be presented at designated check-in and session scanners upon request.
3. Intellectual Property & Abstract Presentation
- Authors retain copyright in their original manuscripts, presentations, posters, and research abstracts.
- By submitting an abstract or presenting at EIFAAC 2026, authors grant the Organizing Committee and the European Inland Fisheries and Aquaculture Advisory Commission (EIFAAC) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to include the abstract and presentation metadata in the official symposium proceedings, digital repository, and conference materials.
- Recording or unauthorized reproduction of oral presentations and slide materials without the explicit prior consent of the respective presenter is strictly prohibited.
4. Professional Code of Conduct
- All participants are required to treat colleagues, speakers, session chairs, organizers, and venue staff with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Harassment, intimidation, disruptive behavior, or discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, or affiliation will not be tolerated and may result in immediate revocation of symposium credentials without refund.
5. Program Alterations & Cancellations
- The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to adjust session schedules, modify presentation orders, reassign lecture halls, or substitute presenters when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- All schedule adjustments are broadcast in real time through the Platform's live announcement and notification system.
